What is Inclusive Incentives, and why should I join?
  • Inclusive Incentives is a rewards platform designed exclusively for income tax professionals. You become a member partner, then offer your clients powerful incentives like free vacations, smart devices, dining certificates, and more. Joining helps you differentiate your firm, attract more clients, build loyalty, and generate more referrals. 

How do the incentive programs actually work?

You sign up as a partner. 

From your dashboard, you choose which reward categories to offer (e.g. airfare, resort, gadgets). When a client qualifies—by being new, referring someone, or doing whatever you set—you send them a link to redeem a reward. 

They visit my.inclusiveincentives.com to pick an incentive from your curated catalog. 

We handle fulfillment or booking; you maintain branding and visibility.

What are the membership options and costs?

We offer multiple plans, typically Monthly or Annual. Each plan grants access to different levels of rewards—standard vs. premium—and perks like priority support or exclusive bonuses. You’ll see pricing clearly outlined when you sign up; upgrade or downgrade as your business needs evolve.

What types of incentives are available?

Can I choose which rewards my clients see?

Yes. Upon request, we can create you a custom link page with just the incentives you want to offer. You can have full control over your catalog. If you prefer to hide certain high-value rewards from your general client base, or rotate offers seasonally, that’s entirely possible. You choose what gets shown and when.

How are incentives delivered or redeemed?

You send your qualifying clients a unique link via email (or other medium of your choice). They then log into a secure portal (my.inclusiveincentives.com), pick their reward, and fill out any required info. We take it from there—booking, shipping, or issuing whatever’s needed. You get notified when it’s fulfilled.

How long does fulfillment take?

Most digital or certificate-based rewards are issued within 3-5 business days after redemption. Travel or stay vouchers may require more coordination and could take up to 2-4 weeks depending on vendor availability. We always post expected delivery or booking timeline before a client confirms their reward.

What about costs, shipping, blackout dates, or fees?

Certificates and vouchers may have seasonal restrictions or blackout dates, especially travel or resorts. 

Any fees for shipping (for physical items) will be disclosed up front to you, as the partner. 

Your pricing plan covers fulfillment fees, but additional costs may apply for premium or high-drag categories.

How will I know the incentives are helping my business?

What if I don’t see results?

We believe in partner success. If you’re not seeing uplift in leads, referrals, or appointments in the first 60 days, we’ll offer strategic support—help you tweak the offers, adjust the design or rollout. 

You’re free to downgrade or cancel, with prorated credit for unused time.

Is this only for big firms or can smaller professionals join too?

Everyone’s welcome. Whether you have one location, work as a solo pro, or run a multi-branch firm – the model scales. You pick only what works for you. Many smaller firms use the incentive offers to punch above their weight.
